The Receiving dock of the Downtown Ann Arbor News building was one of the last tests for over the road truck drivers. No room to back in was the rule, so was traffic that never stops. I began documenting their existance in the last year of production downtown (2000-2001). I ended up having 6 photo albums filled with approximately 700 pictures of OTR and local truck drivers. A memory full of 50,000 stories and conversations with Americans and people from all over the world that have come to America to drive a truck. I will be adding pictures to the Hall of Fame photo gallery during regular updates. The Jack Russell Terrier is Spike with his dad Art. They were the last truck at the Hines Dr. printing facility while still under A2News name.
